The Frinorm Eco sound-insulated frame extension elements for wooden and wood-metal windows are especially suitable for meeting high sound insulation requirements and the Minergie (-P/-A)-ECO building standard, equivalent to 1st priority ecoBKP/ecoDevis. Minergie (-P/-A)-ECO is the building standard for healthy and ecological construction. The Frinorm Eco sound-insulated frame extension element meets the highest ecobau and Minergie-ECO requirements in terms of ecological and health specifications and has been awarded the eco1 rating (Reg. No. 202311.12667). The Eco sound-insulated frame extension elements are available with biofibre hardboard, HB.H, either untreated or with real wood veneer. Depending on the sound insulation requirements, the frame extension elements are fabricated with one or two heavy bitumen foils. Glass wool, FA 50 Carbolane, 45 kg/m³, is used for thermal insulation. They are fabricated with a circumferential spruce pine edge band. Special edge bands can be inset according to your requirements.
